Ingredients

  • 1 cup non-dairy milk plain
  • 1 frozen acai smoothie pack unsweetened
  • 1 cup wild blueberries frozen
  • 5-10 Brazil nuts or walnuts
  • 1-2 Medjool dates pitted
  • 1 frozen banana
  • ice optional for texture

Instructions

  • Add the plant milk, dates and nuts to a blender. Blend until smooth.Add in the acai, berries and banana. Add optional ice. Blend until creamy.Serve!
