Peach Coconut Water Smoothie

This super refreshing and hydrating smoothie is made with freshly frozen summer peaches, skin on! Hints of maple in there too.

Equipment

Ingredients

  • 2 cups peaches sliced, frozen -- skin on!
  • 1 ⅓ cups coconut water
  • 1 Medjool Date pitted
  • 1-2 tablespoon maple syrup
  • teaspoon salt or a bit less
  • ½ - 1 cups ice

Instructions

  • Add all the ingredients to a blender (except for the ice!) and blend from low to high until frosty smooth. You want those peach skins fully blended! Add in the ice, one half cup at a time until you reach your desired frostiness consistency. Serve!

Notes

Tip: This smoothie melts fast on a warm day, so serving in a temperature controlled (double walled) cup or a chilled glass will help.
