This super refreshing and hydrating smoothie is made with freshly frozen summer peaches, skin on! Hints of maple in there too.

Ingredients
2cupspeachessliced, frozen -- skin on!
1 ⅓cupscoconut water
1Medjool Datepitted
1-2tablespoonmaple syrup
⅛teaspoonsaltor a bit less
½ - 1cupsice
Instructions
Add all the ingredients to a blender (except for the ice!) and blend from low to high until frosty smooth. You want those peach skins fully blended! Add in the ice, one half cup at a time until you reach your desired frostiness consistency. Serve!
Notes
Tip: This smoothie melts fast on a warm day, so serving in a temperature controlled (double walled) cup or a chilled glass will help.
