Vegan Halloween Peanut Butter Cups
Easy homemade vegan peanut butter cups dressed up for Halloween with festive toppings. Rich chocolate, creamy peanut butter and a little October magic.

- 1 cup Vegan chocolate or chocolate chips
- 3 tablespoon Creamy peanut butter
- Optional sweetener if desired
- Pinch of sea salt
- Halloween sprinkles or toppings of choice
Line a muffin tin with paper liners.
Melt the vegan chocolate until smooth.
Spoon a layer of melted chocolate into the bottom of each liner.
Chill until the chocolate begins to firm.
Add a spoonful of peanut butter to the center of each cup.
Cover the peanut butter with another layer of melted chocolate.
Immediately add Halloween sprinkles, flaky sea salt or your favorite toppings.
Chill until completely firm.
Store in the refrigerator and enjoy.
Tip: Use mini muffin liners to make bite-size Halloween peanut butter cups, or regular liners for larger treats.
