My recipe for Spicy Lasagna Verde, originally posted a year ago, never gets old!

This lasagna recipe is a tomato-free, lusciously layered, vegan entree that will leave you in spicy pesto, silky tofu bliss. Green bliss, what's better than that? And it's my recipe rewind dinnertime post of the day.

Lasagna Dinner: Well Deserved Comfort Meal. Pair a steamy hot, tender and thick lasagna slice with a Classic Italian Salad and a glass of Pinot Noir and voila! Dinner is dazzling. Take a peek at the recipe (and the updated XL pics) and get inspired!...

Vegan Spicy Lasagna Verde... It's a clasic dish, made vegan. Spicy basil pesto compliments the delicate layers of tofu and noodles perfectly. Add in a few thinly sliced green zucchini rounds and your once-tomato-filled recipe gets a seriously delicious Green Makeover! This recipe is cravable and a must-try for any lasagna lover. This is not your mamma's lasagna...but that's OK!
